Devon Moore co-founded D&D Interior Services in 2023 alongside David Fitzpatrick to fix what he saw as a chronic problem in Waterloo Region renovation: contractors who promise the world at the kitchen table and then disappear at week three. As Operations Lead, Devon is personally involved in every project the company takes on — handling estimating, scheduling, quality control, and day-to-day client communication — and that hands-on involvement is the single biggest reason D&D Interior Services has maintained a 100% on-time completion rate across 500+ interior renovations since launch.

Devon is based in Kitchener, grew up in Waterloo Region, and has spent his career inside the home-services industry. He knows every borough of Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph — which streets still have knob-and-tube wiring inside the walls, which neighbourhoods surface asbestos tile under the basement floor, and which permit offices move fastest. That local knowledge isn't a brochure line — it shows up on Devon's projects as days saved on the schedule and thousands of dollars of surprise cost avoided before tools come out of the truck.
